It's been 5 years since I was last here and I'm worse than ever. I pour the polish into a napkin, then fold it, and inhale for long periods.

I'm a mom of 2, hold a corporate job, and are 35 years old. I realize I do this because I'm depressed.

Sending you a Cyber hug, starr.  I cannot imagine the shock, pain and devastation of such a loss.  My sincere condolences to you and your family.  Your daughter is so intelligent and observant.  What an Angel on earth!  Please take the next footstep and seek outside professional help before it's too late for both you and your daughter.  Even if you enroll in an outpatient treatment program, that is a big step towards taking control of your life and making good, healthy decisions for both you and your child.

I love the smell of Nail polish. I just sniff it out of the bottle And paint it in my nose. I feel like it is not strong enough anymore.

I was polishing my nails last nite and when Jackie (the maid) came into my room she was appalled by the smell and could tell that I was polishing my nails. I also noticed that it made my room smell like that stuff. So why does it have a smell? why can't there be no scent.

(chemical engineers or scientist feel free to answer as well) thanks!
