Have you talked to her about the dangers of inhalant abuse? About how much harm she is doing to her body?  About the possibility of dying by replacing chemicals with oxygen?

Talking to her to educate her on what inhalant abuse actually is is a good first step.  You also need to speak with someone close to her (i.e. parents, grandparents, etc.) to let them know what she is doing and to help her get better.
